Copyright Transfer Agreement

All articles published in the Journal of Development and Management Sciences (JDMS) are subject to copyright policies established by the journal. Upon acceptance of a manuscript for publication, the authors agree to transfer the copyright of the article to JDMS. This transfer grants the journal the exclusive right to publish, reproduce, distribute, archive, and disseminate the article in all forms and media, including print and electronic formats.

Authors confirm that the submitted manuscript is original, has not been published previously, and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere. Authors further declare that the manuscript does not infringe upon any copyright, proprietary rights, or intellectual property rights of any third party. Any copyrighted material included in the manuscript must be properly acknowledged, and written permission for reproduction must be obtained where necessary.

Despite the copyright transfer, authors retain the right to use parts or all of their work for academic, educational, and non-commercial purposes, provided proper acknowledgment is given to the original publication in JDMS.

The corresponding author assumes responsibility for obtaining the consent of all co-authors and for signing the copyright transfer agreement on their behalf. Changes in authorship after submission of the signed agreement will not be permitted.

By submitting a manuscript to JDMS, authors agree to comply fully with the journal’s copyright policies and publication ethics standards.
